Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly (account details, API usage data, billing information) and automatically (log data, device information, routing telemetry metadata). We do not store raw route payload content beyond what is necessary for service delivery.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used to provide and improve our routing services, process transactions, send service communications, and ensure platform security. Aggregated, anonymized usage data may be used for product analytics.
Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating our platform, when required by law, or with your explicit consent.
Data Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 90 days. Routing telemetry is retained for 30 days unless you configure a custom retention policy on Enterprise plans.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@deeproute.pro. EU and UK residents have additional rights under GDPR.
