By accessing or using DeepRoute Pro services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Service Description
DeepRoute Pro provides AI-powered vector routing intelligence via API (REST and gRPC). Service availability is subject to our published SLA for your plan tier.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys, all activity under your account, and ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations.
Acceptable Use
You may not use our services to violate laws, infringe third-party rights, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, or resell API access without a written partnership agreement.
Intellectual Property
DeepRoute Pro retains all rights to the platform, routing algorithms, and documentation. You retain ownership of your data and grant us a limited license to process it for service delivery.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepRoute Pro's liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in San Francisco County courts.
